Lateness
Run 10 minutes late? No problem. 20 and we may need to reschedule — the chair's moving.
Cancellations
24 hours' notice keeps your spot free and ours fair. No deposit for standard cuts.
Deposits
A small hold only on weekends and longer work. Always refunded if you give notice.

What hair types do you work with?+
All of them — straight, wavy, curly, coily, kinked, and everything between. We cut dry when it helps.
Do you do consultations?+
Yes — always free. Tell us what you want, we'll tell you what'll actually grow out clean.
Can I bring my kid?+
Absolutely. We keep a patient, low-key vibe — most little ones are back for their first "real" cut.
Do you take walk-ins?+
On weekdays, usually. Weekends fill fast, so booking ahead is the surest way to a chair.
